- [Instructor] Once your marketing campaign has run its course, it's time to reevaluate your campaign goals. Let's talk about some things to think about when doing so. First of all, both underachieving and overachieving should be evaluated. So for example, if we go back to our table and take a look at the goals we created at the beginning of the course, we can see that we achieved our website visits goal. We actually tripled it. We achieved our social media views goal. We more than doubled it. Yet we didn't hit our sales goal. So the thing that you have to ask yourself is what happened? And the first thing that you should look at is were these issues with forecasting or was it with campaign implementation? So were our numbers off? We just didn't realize that by getting this many visits from social media and to our website that we just wouldn't get that many sales, or was there something wrong with the campaign?…
