Tagging footnotes

- [Instructor] Footnotes contain references as well as the footnotes themselves, both of which need to be tagged appropriately. We can find the tags needed in the Reading Order panel, which is very convenient. And footnotes are covered in WCAG success criteria 1.3.1, as well as the PDF/UA checkpoint number 19. I'm going to go ahead and navigate to the last page of the document, where at the bottom of the page, you're going to see a footnote that has been used on this page. Now, I'm going to go ahead and zoom in a little bit more just to make it easier for us to see what we're doing here. And you'll also notice that right here is a footnote reference. Now, I'm going to go ahead and open my Reading Order panel. And the first thing we need to do is we need to tag that number.
