- [Narrator] Adobe InDesign is a powerful layout tool with exceptional ability to generate accessible PDF files. There are two different ways in which you can export accessible PDFs from InDesign, and I'd like to show them to you now. So starting here with the zero six zero one document open on my computer, and what's important to understand is that to create an accessible PDF out of InDesign, you always have to go to your file menu up here and choose export. There's an old method of generating PDF files in which you were to choose file print, Adobe InDesign actually, doesn't let you do that at all anymore, but it's important to understand that if you ever use the print method to create a PDF, you will never get tags in that PDF file.
