- [Instructor] If you've been watching this course from the beginning, you're now familiar with the accessibility requirement that all documents need to contain a document title. And that title is required to be displayed when an accessible PDF file is viewed by the user. Now InDesign gives us the ability to add the document title as well as other metadata in a file that will appear when the accessible PDF file is generated. So let's take a look at how to do that now. Where we add the document title in InDesign, we'll come up here to our File menu and we're going to choose File Info. And that is going to open up My File Information dialog box where I have a number of metadata fields that I can fill in. Now all of these fields are located under the Basic category over here to the left.
