- [Instructor] Simply typing a link in a document isn't enough to make that link accessible in the PDF file. You need to actually define that text as a hyperlink in order for the link to be accessible in the exported in PDF. Let's take a closer look at how to properly add a hyperlink in Word, that will be included in the accessible PDF file. I'm just going to go ahead and scroll down to page two, where in the last paragraph on that page, there is a hyperlink that goes to an email address. Now, this text, as it is typed, will in fact be auto-detected in Acrobat. And I want to show you this because I haven't done anything to this at this point in time. But what I'll do, is I'll go ahead and save it as a PDF. And I'll put this in the finished folder. And when I open this up in Adobe Acrobat, I'm just going to navigate down to that paragraph that contains that link. And if I open it up, you're going to notice that within the…
