- [Tutor] WCAG requires that bookmarks are included for any documents that contain more than nine pages. So for those documents, you should add bookmarks to assist users in navigating those documents. I prefer to add bookmarks to a document towards the end of the process for reasons I'm about to show you. Bookmarks are described in WCAG success criteria, two dot four dot five, as well as PDF techniques for WCAG in PDF item number two. I'm going to go ahead and come up here and open my bookmarks panel simply to show you that currently there are no bookmarks in my document. Now, to add bookmarks to this document, the way that I approach this is, I make sure that I've already tagged the content in the document, the way that we've been learning throughout this chapter.
