- Google Cloud is a cloud computing platform provided by Google that includes a mixture of infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, and software as a service offerings. The Google Cloud console is a web interface that lets users access and manage the broad range of services included in the Google Cloud platform. The Google Cloud console is a management plane for Google Cloud and a very critical security layer. If a cyber criminal gains access to the Google Cloud console, they'll potentially have unfettered access to your Google Cloud environment. To navigate through the hands-on practice demo sections, it is best to have a sandbox environment to explore with. One option is creating an account with Google Cloud.
