- [Instructor] Security Command Center is Google Cloud's built-in cloud security posture management tool designed to identify and remediate misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and threats in Google Cloud environments. Security Command Center provides centralized visibility into security posture and status of the Google Cloud environment. To use Security Command Center, you must first enable it for an entire organization or for a specific project. To launch Security Command Center, simply search for it in the Google Cloud console search bar. Once you launch Security Command Center, you are presented with the security interface. First section on the menu on the left is Security Command Center. There are various tabs you can see listed here. There are six important tabs to review. They include the overview tab, threats, vulnerabilities, compliance, assets, and findings. The first area I recommend to look at is the asset tab.…
