- [Instructor] After you have obtained the proper license for remote help, and you've also gone in and added the remote help role in role-based access control, then you can go ahead and install the application to make remote help work and turn it on in Intune. So I'm going to go ahead and start by installing the remote help installer on both the computer I'm going to be using to remote from and the computer I'm going to be remoting into. And this is just a quick installation executable. I could push this out through Intune as well, but just for speed's sake, I'll go ahead and do a direct installation on both the server and the client. You can see this integrates into Microsoft Edge, so you want to use Edge in order to initiate. And you can see it is completed. And then I'll choose launch, and I'm launching remote help, and it looks very similar to Quick Assist on a regular client computer. And I'll go ahead and log in.…
