Let's face it, we are inundated by emails daily. The average person receives about 120 emails a day. And if you're like me, when you see an email from a particular sender, you might smile. But there are others that immediately make you cringe or itch. So, as a sender, how can you prevent your emails from getting lost in that pile of 120? The answer is simple. Write emails that are strategic, well-constructed, and considerate of the recipient's perspective. Earlier, I went over how to format and write a basic email. Now, I'll show you how to take your emails to the next level, and how to write remarkably efficient emails that will cut down on the confusion, save you time, and make you an email-writing hero. First key is anticipating your recipient's needs. Pause and pretend you're the one that's receiving the email. What are the things you need to know?
