- [Instructor] The cybersecurity community and the startup community both share the drive to help people within their community succeed. You should take full advantage of those relationships and engage cybersecurity community groups, as well as startup accelerators and incubators to support your cybersecurity efforts. I don't want to assume that you've already reached out to any of these groups, though, so let's see if I can point you in the right direction. Startup accelerators and incubators both serve the startup community, although they go about it in different ways. Both groups provide training and mentorship resources to help you build momentum with your startup, but where accelerators tend to offer their services in time-constrained engagements, incubators tend to keep their doors open. Accelerators often ask for equity in exchange for their services, while incubators usually offer their services for a flat fee.…
