Using Geometry Nodes for a trench run
- [Instructor] Now that you've gotten familiar with how to use geometry nodes, let's take a look at how to use them for our animation. For this video, I want to make a trench run using only geometry nodes, no modeling whatsoever. Go to File, New, and then come up to the top and click on Geometry Nodes. For our purposes, we won't be needing this little window, so you can hover your mouse right on this corner here, left click and drag. It should turn into a caret, and then give you way more real estate. With this cube selected, click on New, and we're going to drag this up 'cause there's a lot of nodes that we need to add, but don't worry, we'll take it slow. In the previous video, I mentioned how we have an input and an output, but you don't always need to use that input. So let's go ahead and make a brand new one.
