Prioritize goals

- Once you've done a nice job of establishing the top three to four primary goals your customer has and they have confirmed they do in fact have those goals, it's important to understand how they feel about those goals in terms of prioritization. If you think about it, you operate this very same way every day. What do you prioritize on your to-do list each day? Why did you put one thing above another? Chances are, you prioritize the items that pose the greatest risk of you not accomplishing a goal or objective if you don't get those goals handled. For example, I'm writing this course today because it made its way to the top of my priority list. I set a deadline to get this course completed so it could be reviewed and edited in time for scheduled production and the shooting of the video.
