- We've spent a good amount of time together discussing how to leverage great sales questions as part of your overall customer conversation. An effective problem centric provocative questioning strategy will go a long way to gaining your customer's attention and staying on their agenda, all the while helping you uncover the information you need to accomplish yours. Your marketing organization, industry magazines, LinkedIn, and even Google Alerts on certain industries or topics can be a great way to gain insights and learn more about your customer's industry. So if you want to ask really effective questions, carve out some time in your schedule every day. Spend at least 10 to 15 minutes keeping up on your prospect's interests.
