Personas

- When we talk about accessibility, we really mean that we want to make things work easily for everyone, regardless of their abilities or the tools that they're using to consume our content or transactions. We often use personas that include some functional needs for people with disabilities to help remind us how we can best meet their needs. These are five personas that we use pretty regularly in our work. It's important to remember though, that these aren't artifacts that are set in stone. They're based on research and they vary from project to project and client to client. There are two critical pieces of these personas. First, they serve as a reminder of these people's mindsets, motivations, and goals. Second, they incorporate reminders of functional needs for people with disabilities.
