Linear flow of content

- One of the simplest and yet most important concepts in accessibility is making sure that things are read in the right order. Mary, who uses a screen reader, generally reads content in the order in which it's placed on the page in the source order. So if there are two columns of text on a page, whichever one appears in the source order first will be what she hears first, if she's reading the page from top to bottom. Giovanni, someone with autism, who might describe himself as neurodivergent, expects a certain amount of predictability in the interface. When he's tabbing through pages, he expects the cursor to follow a typical pattern of going from top to bottom and left to right. Sean has low vision and magnifies the screen.
