Responsibilities
- Technical Website Management: Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality. Will collaborate with developers and IT teams to address technical issues promptly.
- Website Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase overall web engagement, including but not limited to optimizing site navigation, content accessibility, personalized user journeys and load times.
- Content Management: Accountable for the website content strategy and execution to ensure the website is providing accuracy and relevance for prospects and existing clients and increasing sales qualified leads.
- SEO Optimization: Implement and refine SEO strategies to enhance the website's visibility and improving search engine rankings for non-branded keywords.
- Performance Measurement and Analytics: Manage analytics tools to monitor user behavior, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize the site and improve sales-qualified leads.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving the website's conversion rates through A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and strategic adjustments. Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRO efforts with lead generation goals.
- User Experience Enhancement: Continuously enhance the user experience by identifying and addressing usability issues and optimizing navigation flows. Conduct regular usability testing and gather user feedback to inform improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align website strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on campaigns and promotions to ensure seamless integration with the website.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web strategy, web management, and digital marketing, including technical oversight and impact analysis.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and user experience principles.
- Experience with wireframes, user flows and working on mocks within design tools (ie Figma)
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing personalized user journeys.
- Familiarity with content management systems and web development technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
