We are currently looking for a Warehouse Production/Inventory Operator to join our team. This person will primarily assist in building kits and other component-based products needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
• Able to use tools and equipment assigned for shipping & receiving department.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow directions.
• Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with the team.
• Replenish picking and production areas.
• Receive and unload container shipments in a timely manner.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Able to operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Assist in performing cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Process returns both physically and systematically.
• Confers with department manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales and purchasing.
• Ability to follow works orders to build custom tools kits for customers' orders.
• Perform all necessary functions of warehouse as directed by manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Minimum physical requirements with lifting: 50 lb. capability
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
