We are currently looking for a Warehouse Production/Inventory Operator to join our team. This person will primarily assist in building kits and other component-based products needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Follow company procedures and directives.
Test finished products for defects.
Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
Maintain the tools used to create products.
Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
Able to use tools and equipment assigned for shipping & receiving department.
Must be able to multi-task and follow directions.
Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with the team.
Replenish picking and production areas.
Receive and unload container shipments in a timely manner.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Able to operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
Assist in performing cycle counts and physical inventory.
Process returns both physically and systematically.
Confers with department manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with activities of other functions such as production, sales and purchasing.
Ability to follow works orders to build custom tools kits for customers' orders.
Perform all necessary functions of warehouse as directed by manager.
Qualifications
High School diploma
Minimum physical requirements with lifting: 50 lb. capability
Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
Follow company procedures and directives.
Test finished products for defects.
Maintain the tools used to create products.
