What You Would Do

• Lead and develop our warehouse staff
• Ensure needed inventory levels
• Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner
• Maintain warehouse to showroom level
• Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management
• Oversee the company’s tool inventory program, including negotiation with vendors, ordering, storage, and maintenance
• Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments
• Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience
  
  
  

What We Need for this Role

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
• Knowledge of purchase techniques and guidelines
• Effective communication skills
• Effective computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder
