Role Overview
As the Vice President of Business Development (VP BD), you will be instrumental in spearheading growth strategies throughout our organization. Working closely with multidisciplinary leaders, your primary role will involve identifying and converting competitive new business opportunities, leading to incremental revenue growth and strategic client acquisitions.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $143,000 - $195,500 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Role Overview
As the Vice President of Business Development (VP BD), you will be instrumental in spearheading growth strategies throughout our organization. Working closely with multidisciplinary leaders, your primary role will involve identifying and converting competitive new business opportunities, leading to incremental revenue growth and strategic client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on digitally native marketing strategies, data-driven optimization, and innovative martech solutions.
- Cultivate and oversee relationships with key decision-makers, showcasing our unique value proposition and solutions to establish trust and confidence.
- Drive the creation of compelling proposals that set our offerings apart and ensure a competitive edge.
- Lead negotiation processes to effectively close deals, while maintaining a strong pipeline and fostering a growth-oriented culture within the team.
- Collaborate across functions to optimize pitch approaches, leveraging our organizational capabilities to enhance client engagement and success rates.
- Demonstrated track record (10+ years) in business development within digital agencies, marketing transformation consultancies, or related fields.
- Profound understanding of constructing customer journeys, performance marketing, and emerging digital transformation trends.
- Experience working with global brands, managing diverse marketing requirements across varying markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing business development team.
