Lead annual financial planning for Sales & Marketing, collaborating with department heads

Manage a proficient team of finance professionals to support company growth

Implement efficient processes and systems for organizational transparency

Engage stakeholders, lead projects based on financial evaluations, and ensure operational excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)

15+ years of financial planning & analysis experience, with leadership in FP&A

Solid grasp of corporate finance, especially in the SaaS industry

Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex financial data

Thrives in dynamic environments with high attention to detail

Collaborative, consensus-building mindset across diverse teams
