The Vice President of Enterprise Accounts is a leader on the sales team. We're looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Sales Leader. In this role, you'll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.

This position requires being comfortable working as both a team player and a coach, and to possess the skills to produce sales as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success and meeting established goals. You'll be tasked with creating and implementing strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Drives strategic growth through the organization.
  • Become a trusted advisor by establishing positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value including but not limited to value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise.
  • Develop customer acuity to understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and the competitive landscape.
  • Reviews and keeps up with public information (e.g. new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the customer.
  • Lead account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles while working with customers to become UT references.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer's priorities and hurdles. Apply Strategic Value Assessments, benchmarking, and Return on Investment data to support decision process.
  • Follow a well-adapted approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline and maintain pipeline current.
  • Use and collaborate with support organizations.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
  • Support all UT promotions and marketing / customer events in the various UT verticals.
  • Increasing project and program wins with enterprise accounts; developing in-depth understanding of customer requirements and positioning UT's capabilities to support security program success.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to other Sales team members; Develop comprehensive business development plans; Identify and qualify new business opportunities in concert with the Enterprise Account Sales team members and their local support teams.
  • Supports other members of the department with various projects, initiatives and overall sales growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5 + years of sales experience in security technology industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
  • 4 + years of team management experience
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel
