POSITION TITLE: Voice Instructor

CLASSIFICATION: Adjunct Faculty

REPORTS TO: Chair, School of Music

DEPT: School of Music

Required Skills/Education

• Master’s degree in music.
• Experience teaching/performing professional level vocals.
• At least 2 years teaching at the collegiate level (TA Positions included.)

Job Description

Priority duties for this position include teaching applied lessons in both classical and

contemporary vocal styles. Candidates may also teach other music courses that reflect their

expertise and meet departmental and university needs.

Salary: Variable income based on teaching load

Starting Date: January 2024
