We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Relationship Manager to join our Pershing Wealth Solutions team. This role will be located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for managing mid-size Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) client relationships, located primarily in the Eastern U.S.
  • Accountable for the overall client relationship and for ensuring clients’ success and satisfaction through engaging in comprehensive relationship planning
  • Partners with clients and leads the BNY Mellon team to co-create and drive the execution of clients’ strategic objectives using data and insights
  • Connects clients to the entire enterprise to help inform and execute upon their strategy to maximize the value they derive from BNY Mellon
  • Responsible for client retention, organic sales growth, execution against RM standard of care and the maintenance of pricing and contracts
  • Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of clearing and custody products, services, tech, and client relationships.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of Financial Services experience with a particular institutional client type or product (Hedge, Pension, etc.) preferred as is prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred.
