Senior VP of Business Development Opportunity at Growing Company

Reporting directly to the President, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our sales strategy to build a strong sales pipeline and nurture a culture of success within the company.

Reporting directly to the President, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our sales strategy to build a strong sales pipeline and nurture a culture of success within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the company's mission, vision, and values to all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a compelling sales strategy to exceed sales goals.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities, nurturing key customer and third-party relationships.
- Advocate for new business initiatives in alignment with the company's mission and vision.
- Collaborate with Operations on short- and long-range sales initiatives.
- Manage and cultivate the sales team pipeline to ensure successful deal closures.
- Provide guidance to Sales and Marketing staff to facilitate client progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to efficiently meet client needs.
- Contribute to business strategies and commercial activities.
- Plan and execute business intelligence gathering to optimize strategic development.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills and personal integrity.
- Proven problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing P&L of $50M+.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- Extensive experience in the food service industry.
- Strong training and development capabilities.
- Commitment to the company's vision, values, and missions.
- Effective communication and strategic planning skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and adaptability.
- Proactive nature with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Vision requirements include close range and distance vision.
- Ability to perform office activities.
- Occasional lifting and moving up to 20-25 pounds.
- Kitchen and office environment.
- Low to moderate noise level.
