Scope
We are seeking a leader of the accounting & finance department that will be an integral part of delivering informative, accurate and timely financial results. This role will report directly to the CFO
Prior public accounting experience or working at complex companies as an Accounting Director, Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Reporting & Consolidations will help you excel in this role.

Responsibilities
Effectively manage corporate accounting, FP&A, operational finance, and partner with leaders over legal, HR, and IT.
Review and analyze annual financial statements including supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP.
This head of accounting is unique in that will allow you to elevate how Financial Statements & Management Reporting drive KPIs, Revenue Analytics, and Customer Account Penetration.
Proactively provide actionable insights to operations, strategy, and executive management team comparing actual performance against budget and prior year.
Primary liaison with 3rd party Big 4 tax preparers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of tax reporting to key stakeholders.
Team will produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that you review.
Provides guidance for both short- and long-term growth plans which will include making recommendations for automating processes and increasing reporting efficiencies.
As a leader of a wide purview, you will provide strategic financial input and be the resident subject matter expert on a variety of topics.
Supports senior management in financial planning and results management which will be more than just variance analysis, revenue analytics, cost center budgeting, and redefine reports for tracking if needed. Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud, MS Business Central, Intacct, NetSuite, or Acumatica
Reporting tools such as OneStream, Business Objects, FCCS, EPBCS, Host Analytics, Adaptive, HFM, BPC, or Vena
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
