Overview

BlueChew D2C healthcare technology company is seeking a super-talentedVFX + Motion Designerto join our team in our Austin, TX office.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and initiating exciting new concepts for commercials and other digital media. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, innovative, and have a strong interest in emerging technologies - including AI.

You will work directly with the Marketing Team to create new TV and Social Ads across a wide range of channels, including Television (streaming + Linear), TikTok, Meta, Snap, Reddit, and Programmatic. These Ads should be cutting-edge, cool, and out-of-the-box.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Design and execute appealing VFX and motion graphics for a dynamic range of projects
  • Edit and enhance videos, including trimming, color correction, audio adjustment, visual effects, graphics, and animations
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives
  • Provide creative solutions to complex visual challenges, demonstrating a resourceful and gritty approach to problem-solving
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a VFX and Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficiency in VFX software (Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms such as Open AI, MidJourney, NVIDIA Canvas, Runway ML, and other similar software
  • Experience with 3D modeling, animation, and compositing
  • Strong artistic and technical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
