Job Overview

The purpose of this team is to support the chat and channels research for a large team collaboration and communication application – the team also supports research for 1st or 3rd party apps and AI experiences, while the larger organization covers everything else.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run studies/focus group/usability & concept testing
  • Meet with collaborators across various cross-disciplinary teams, study readouts, and collaborate with other researchers on the team

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS (MS preferred) in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ overall years of relevant experience in the field
  • Usability testing & user interviews experience
  • Experience with data analysis in both Qualitative and Quantitative studies
  • Experience with presenting data insights and writing research reports
  • Significant experience in a large enterprise company and working in cross-functional teams such as working closely with engineers
  • Great storyteller, able to translate data into insights and communicate those effectively to other members of the team
  • Experience supporting the entire product cycle is a big plus
