A creative and technical professional responsible for designing and developing engaging user interfaces and experiences for websites and applications.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform the design of engaging user interfaces and experiences.
Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that all projects meet customer requirements and standards.
Ensure that all user interfaces are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and techniques, and recommend new tools and technologies as needed.
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing.
Requirements
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with an appropriate agency Polygraph is required.
Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to create and test prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Experience with responsive design and cross-device compatibility.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
