Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user personas representing diverse user demographics and behaviors.
  • Conduct design audits to enhance user experience and accessibility across websites and mobile apps.
  • Generate wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and screen flows based on user research findings.
  • Produce rapid prototype designs using industry-standard UX/UI tools.
  • Focus on critical design elements such as layout, typography, and semiotics.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers and stakeholders to address challenges and user pain points.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a UX/UI designer for websites and mobile apps.
  • Certifications in User Interface or User Experience Design are advantageous.
  • Strong skills in typography, graphic design, and semiotics.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native is desirable.
  • Experience in prototype design for A/B testing and user focus groups.
  • Familiarity with various design thinking models.
  • Portfolio showcasing design process and finished work required.
