Job Summary
Plan, develop, present or coordinate the development and presentation of employee training programs for a campus unit or on a campus-wide basis. Programs may be designed to meet work specific and/or general training needs and may be conducted in person or on-line. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit/campus management, unit staff personnel, instructors, vendors, participants. This position typically will advise and counsel: instructors, vendors, participants. This position will supervise: NA

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Four to five years of job related experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
This job requires professional working knowledge and skill in the application of Instructional program design and delivery processes; organization, spoken and written communication; presentation/public speaking and use of office and specialized computer applications.
