Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and effectively conduct employee training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas.
Acclimates new hires to the business and conducts orientation sessions
Presents training and development programs focused on adult learning using various forms and formats, including e-learning modules, group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
Identifies training needs and collaborates solutions with the L&D team and subject matter experts.
Assesses training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior. Suggests and arranges retraining or other appropriate action for insufficient scores.
Facilitates training delivery by reserving and setting up needed audiovisual equipment and training rooms; scheduling training times with attendees; preparing and distributing training aids such as handouts; and performing other related tasks.
Performs other related duties as required.
Understand and adhere to any information security and privacy responsibilities detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Handbook, and client-specific publications.
Required Skills And Experience
3-5 years of experience in a training role in a related field is highly desired.
Proven ability to master the full training cycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Problem-solving, research, analytical, and project management skills.
Sound decision-making and organizational skills
Adequate knowledge of learning management software is desired.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Work effectively in both team and independent environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
