Are you someone who has excellent customer experience and sales skills? Do you have experience in logistics, freight forwarding and would like to learn more about the industry? ICAT Logistics is seeking a positive and self-motivated Tradeshow Inside Sales (Part-time) to join our expanding team!

What do we need from you?

Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, and/or sales processes with a desire to learn and grow. Display outstanding communication skills for the ability to generate profitable revenue by contacting businesses to handle their tradeshow logistics needs. Have an optimistic outlook toward all daily tasks and exhibit ICAT's core values.

As part of our BWI Sales team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Promote ICAT services through aggressive telephone canvassing
  • Secure profitable revenue
  • Assist the sales team in finding new opportunities
  • Build relationships
  • Promote any other accounts where ICAT is the exclusive partner
  • Act as the liaison between operations and the exhibitor
  • Ensure the operations team has all necessary shipping and billing information
  • Maintain an accurate sales database or CRM
  • Work with the Marketing team to create branded email campaigns and other sales tools
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining tradeshow sales best practices
  • Perform other clerical/office work, as needed, including but not limited to answering phone calls, operating general office equipment (i.e., computer, scanner, fax)
  • Support the ICAT CX initiative by providing a high level of customer satisfaction and operational proficiency to meet growth and profitability goals, as well as providing customers with WOW experiences
