Technical Project Team Lead Hands-On (Hybrid)

The Projects Team Lead is responsible for the in-depth design and implementation of IT projects for current and prospective clients. This includes but not limited to Office 365 Migrations, Teams and SharePoint implementations, Azure AD, Microsoft security products, VDI, mobile device management and cloud backup solutions and other on-premise solutions. We are looking for a strong team player who has solid computer desktop and networking support skills working with Windows, VM Ware and various computing and networking technologies and able to solve technical issues and also the desire to learn much more. Requirements

• Assist with the development of the business case for client technology solutions and design and propose client technology solutions from CorCystems cloud and on-premise offerings
• Evaluate and recommend new products and solutions that will help clients increase efficiencies, scalability, productivity and enhance security
• Assist with constructing detailed project plans with Project Manager/Solutions Architect to ensure successful project implementation
• Design and Implementation of cloud and on-premise solutions with other members of the Proactive Team
• Research best practices for design, implementation, and security for technology solutions that CorCystems provides
• Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages
• Support for client computer networks including business related technologies including Windows operating systems, Office 365, Remote Access usage, VOIP, mobile devices, etc
• Support disaster recovery backup solutions
• Work with vendors/partners as needed to resolve client issues
• Work on firewall and switch issues to troubleshoot and correct network issues
• Troubleshoot advanced server and network issues
• Provide escalated support and mentoring to other team members on both the proactive and reactive teams
• Provide detailed documentation and explain resolutions for escalated issues
• Provide product training to all team members on the solutions that we implement for our clients
• Provide detailed documentation and explain resolutions for escalated issues
• Work in a team and communicate effectively
• Responsible for entering all work performed and time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur
• Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise that has been established through the dispatch process
• Maintain certifications required for position
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to de-escalate situations
• Experience working in ConnectWise suite of tools, Manage, Automate, Connect a major plus
