The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop solutions for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document business requirements
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, including the use of SQL, spreadsheets, or other analytics tools
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in the creation of user stories for development teams
- Perform business process analysis and recommend improvements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on analysis findings and proposed solutions
- Assist with Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements
- Monitor the implementation of solutions and ensure successful delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a software development environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
- Understanding of microservice architecture and UI design
- Knowledge of In-flight Entertainment (IFE) systems and/or the airline industry is beneficial
