About Keller Estate:
At Keller Estate, we take pride in providing warm and knowledgeable hospitality to our visitors. When guests arrive at our estate, they embark on a unique journey through our grounds, winery, and cave. Our team introduces guests to our wine club, presents our exceptional wines, shares the family story, and explains the winemaking process behind our acclaimed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. With extraordinary views as our backdrop, we create memorable experiences for every guest.
Position Details:
Location: Petaluma, CA 94954
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (hours may vary between 30-40 hours per week)
Expected Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Engage with guests during tours, tastings, and wine club presentations.
Share knowledge about California wine regions, emphasizing wines relevant to Keller Estate.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Operate Register/POS systems efficiently.
TIPS Certification.
Conduct outreach efforts to attract new visitors and wine enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and promote wine club signups.
Genuine enthusiasm for wine and the hospitality industry.
Two or more years in winery or restaurant wine sales (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 (based on experience)
Sales Incentives: Additional incentives based on club signups and quarterly sales goals.
