Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization
Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices
Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes
Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-motivated and results-oriented
