With the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Specialist has company-wide responsibility for sourcing and recruitment of requisitions. We are looking for a high energy, top-producing recruiter, with excellent communication skills. You'll own the entire sourcing process while directly managing the needs of your dedicated hiring managers. This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be in eastern time zone.

CORA Physical Therapy provides a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions. What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical recruiting and staffing
  • Expertise in social media, digital marketing and recruiting platforms/tools
  • Experience in building talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts that will yield better hiring outcomes for the company

What You’ll Do

  • Drive start-to-end talent acquisition processes to include sourcing, solutions, and trends
  • Identify and recommend talent to dedicated hiring managers
  • Responsible for driving the delivery of best-in-class candidate experience
  • Generate candidate flow and applications through sourcing methods
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and coaching as a recruitment subject matter expert
  • Proactively build regional talent pipelines for critical skill and hard to hire areas that yield better hiring outcomes in the future
  • Own and drive key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, regional gaps, etc.) to track hiring success, measure progress toward goals, and adjust plans to respond to performance weekly
  • Independently be able to work and manage a requisition load
  • Advise managers through interviewing process
  • Perform any other duties as directed
