We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will post jobs, source, prescreen candidates, and maintain talent pipelines. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, The Talent Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for recruiting Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. They will also coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate offers to candidates, and maintain records in iCIMS. This position requires a recruiter who can work closely with hiring managers and other HR team members and requires attention to detail and a high level of organization, multi-tasking and experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit BTs and RBTs.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Post positions for assigned region.
  • Refresh job posting no less than every 30 days.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR team member to ensure efficient and timely hire.
  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ months of ABA experience highly preferred.
  • May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Expectations:

  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
  • Move candidates through ATS iCIMS.
  • Provide KPI reporting as needed.
