As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Internal Operations team, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by working to recruit and select the best people for Sendero. The ideal candidate for this role will be available to start in August 2024.

What You’ll Do
- Execute recruiting processes for assigned talent pools (e.g., campus and/or experienced hires)
- Screen candidates accurately per Sendero’s position requirements
- Communicate with candidates effectively
- Assist in the overall assessment of candidates and support offer decision making processes
- Prepare for and participate in recruiting activities (e.g., branding events, phone screening conversations, career fairs)
- Maintain external job board postings (application tracking system, campus sites, job boards)
- Serve as a strong representative of Sendero with external resources (e.g., recruiting candidates, campus liaisons, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences (e.g., recruiting training, classroom presentations, etc.)
- Refine and own tracking systems for candidates, potential candidates, and recruiting alumni
- Support content development for Sendero’s employer branding efforts
- Generate, refine, and own reporting (e.g., status, statistical, etc.)
- Survey and audit talent acquisition best practices including competitor recruiting processes on a periodic basis
- Cross train with team member(s) in order to provide back-up support for other functions as necessary
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite (Preferred: Intermediate proficiency with MS Office product suite)
- Strong business writing and verbal information-sharing abilities
- Basic presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
