DeNOVO Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquistion Specialist to support our Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs and projects. As a vital member of our team, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for fully cleared Software and System Engineering, System Administration, and Intelligence professional talent. Your expertise will significantly influence our recruitment strategy, meeting our talent needs, and achieving our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for programs and projects, identifying, engaging, evaluating, and hiring high-caliber talent across a range of roles.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand job requirements, project objectives, and strategic staffing needs.
• Develop and implement a proactive sourcing strategy to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Facilitate a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reinforcing our brand and reputation.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of candidate information within our applicant tracking system.
• Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the company's broader talent acquisition objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring for fully cleared Software and Systems Engineering, System Administration, and Intelligence Professional roles that require TS/SCI clearances with polygraphs.
• Thorough understanding of DOD/IC security clearance process and requirements.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other talent sourcing tools.
  
  
  

Work Location Details: This is a hybrid position, and you may be required to work 2 to 3 days a week at our Headquarters in Aurora, CO. Candidates are encouraged to live within a commutable distance of our headquarters to facilitate day-to-day operations and events.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
