Qualifications And Requirements
Assist in the development of a streamlined companywide onboarding and orientation for all clinical and administrative new hires.
Host virtual orientation for all designated new hires.
Serve as subject matter expert on the onboarding process in support of high-volume partners across the organization.
Assist with TA process improvement, project initiatives, and acquisition support.
Serve as the point of contact for new hires and hiring leaders in regarding pre-employment screening, new hire onboarding, and IT.
Prior experience working in ADP Applicant Tracking System and HRIS, preferred.
Prior experience working in human resources and/or compliance is preferred.
Prior experience on a Talent Acquisition team conducting screening interviews and assisting candidates through the onboarding process is highly preferred.
