Implement internal and external recruitment and hiring processes to to attract and hire the best candidates in a timely manner.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications to develop accurate postings.
Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes for open roles.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, and negotiating terms and conditions of employment.
Maintain data integrity and utilize insights to improve recruiting process.
Process criminal background checks on applicable candidates.
Manage and monitor outside recruiting agency relationships when necessary.
Onboarding
Assist HR leadership with new employee orientation and onboarding.
Support the Employee Experience Manager with continuous improvement efforts for the department.
Additional HR Support
Manage the summer intern program.
Develop and adhere to HR processes while providing ideas and constructive feedback.
Respond to employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Support the performance check-in and goal setting processes by tracking submissions and sending reminders.
Support HR internal communication efforts.
Manage tracking and ordering business cards and nameplates for employees.
Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two- or four-year college
At least 2 years related/transferrable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to show good judgement
Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
Must be able to balance multiple priorities
Must be flexible to adapt to changing business needs
Preferred Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college
Customer service experience a plus
Background in recruitment, hiring and onboarding preferred
Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (preferably UKG) preferred
