We are looking for a Professional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at our client site in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized and possess attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency, along with solid oral and written communication skills. Must work well with others and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently. Must be tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office as well as possess the ability to easily learn new software applications. Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS/VMS systems preferred.

We are looking for a Professional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at our client site in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Operations Managers to manage the requisition process for clients
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the complete recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Maintain Vendor Management System (VMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate candidate information
- Help clients fill roles at various levels in the organization by developing effective job ads and utilizing career pages, job boards, and social media
- Source, contact, and screen passive candidates to build a talent pipeline
- Manage virtual job fairs to connect with potential candidates
- Create talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Collaborate with HR partners to onboard new employees
- Maintain and communicate recruiting metrics to Operations Managers
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting
- Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS/VMS systems preferred
- Prior experience in evaluating candidates for various roles and levels
- Experience with various interview formats (phone, in-person, behavioral, situational)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-4 years of professional experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
