Salary range $120,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and certifications

Job Summary

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing operations and systems support, application maintenance, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience supporting government or corporate computing environments, including unclassified, classified (up to Secret), and Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET) infrastructures.

Qualifications

  • Experience with server, network, application, and database administration
  • Proficiency in OS upgrades, security patches, and STIGS findings for remediation
  • Knowledge of IT project implementation and maintenance using modern technologies
  • Familiarity with structured system development lifecycle processes
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain network systems and associated hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical support experience
  • Understanding of risk management reporting and resolution techniques

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous support for maintenance, integration, and documentation of information systems
  • Maintain web applications, client-facing services, and helpdesk applications
  • Support applications and systems for IT projects
  • Monitor and maintain distributed computing plants/networks in compliance with requirements
  • Generate risk management reporting and track resolutions for deviations
  • Ensure the availability and security of server, cloud, and application support 24/7

Certifications Requirement

All applicants must possess the necessary certifications related to the type of work performed. The certifications will be reviewed and verified by the Cyberspace Workforce Program Manager prior to starting work on the contract.

  • Technical Support Specialist, CWF 411 - Intermediate - Training Required (Certified Network Defender Or GIAC Global Industry Cyber Security Professional training or equivalent: or an approved Bachelor's degree per the DOD Cyber Workforce Framework)
  • Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist, CWF 521 - Intermediate - Training required (Certified Ethical Hacker, ComptTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, Systems Security Certified Practitioner or equivalent: or an approved Bachelor's degree per the DOD Cyber Workforce Framework)
