Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Systems Administrator.

Fabletics is looking for a talented Systems Administrator to help us support our Fulfillment and Retail infrastructure, Enterprise Desktop Management, and assist with implementing our exciting 2024 roadmap and beyond. The ideal candidate would be part of the IT Operations team responsible for the design, implementation and support of the organization's technology infrastructure with both Fulfillment and Retail. The desired candidate would serve as a technical expert in an extensive variety of technologies and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Daily operations may include large scale project design/deployment, infrastructure related tickets, break/fix issues, documentation, system monitoring and resource forecasting. The ideal candidate would require a high skill level in autonomous problem solving, communication, analysis, teamwork and determination.

This position would report to the Director of IT.

What You Will Do

• Monitoring all systems and responding to events including outages and tickets.
• Research and design of new solutions.
• Work with vendor support to resolve issues.
• Perform system updates and maintenance for all Fulfillment and Retail IT Infrastructure.
• Assist with managing over 3000+ Workstations and Devices deployed across the company, our Fulfillment Centers, and Retail Locations.
• Interact with many systems and networks across a large geographical area.
• Work independently to resolve issues or collectively as a team to address critical outages.
• Identify suboptimal tasks and recommend improvements, including automation.
• Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases.
• Assist in maintaining the systems policies and procedures manual.
  
  

What You Can Bring

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration. Ideally with the following systems:
• Workstation and Device Management MDM (Microsoft InTune, JAMF, Meraki MDM)
• Hypervisor/Virtualization experience such as VMWare, Nutanix, HyperV
• Network administration (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, CradlePoint)
• Datacenter management and cabling
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Windows Server Knowledge including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Management, AzureAD/EntraID
• Must be able to take an on-call rotation for off hours emergency support.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$96,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
