Swift7 Consultants, a leading marketing company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies to enhance our clients' brand identity and market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand strategy and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to execute brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of branded content, including advertisements, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Monitor brand performance and KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals within established timelines.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their branding objectives are met and exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving brand innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with branding software/tools is preferred.
