Strategic Communications and Change Consultant

Activities include:

• Provide specific communications and change expertise for projects requiring high-level analytical assignments
• Perform change management tasks independently, and direct the efforts of others
• Participate in or lead the development of communications deliverables and content
• Anticipate client change management needs and formulate solutions to client issues
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Review and write proposals

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of consulting experience
• Demonstrated ability to write and present clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Federal government contracting experience
• Change management experience

Preferred:

• DoD experience
• Masters in Business, communications, or journalism
• Prior consulting experience
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
