Staffing Manager

Our has been in business for over 20 years and has been experiencing steady growth for the last 5 years. They are looking for an experienced BDM to come in and continue to expand its market footprint on top of growing its existing legacy accounts. This role will have the full support of a proven well tenured delivery team.

Responsibilities - BDM Contract Staffing - Light Industrial/Skilled Labor

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications - BDM Contract Staffing - Light Industrial/Skilled Labor

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience in a staffing environment; light industrial/skilled labor most ideal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
