Staff Human Factors Engineer

Catalyst Life Sciences is working with a client who is currently seeking a Staff Human Factors Engineer to join their growing team. This client is an international medical device firm with a "start-up" like culture. This position would sit onsite out of the Lowell, MA area.

Day to day you will:

• Work with usability testing and studies
• Represent the Human Factors team in collaborating with project managers, regulatory, design and other teams
• Provide guidance to both sustaining and new product development teams

You Should Apply If You Have:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Human Factors experience within the Medical Device space
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, psychology, industrial design or other related fields
• Experience with medical device protocols including IEC 62366-1, ISO 14971, ISO 13485
